In a place once dominated by agriculture, Enzo Ferrari laid the foundation stone in 1971 for Formula 1’s most exclusive test facility. To this day, every Ferrari must prove itself on bends such as the ‘Tarzan’ (Zandvoort) or the ‘Brünnchen-Sprung’ (Nürburgring) before it is allowed onto an official race track or the public highway.
Naturally, we also explored this in our book “The Art of Ferrari”. But see for yourself.
