Sylt has a new destination for discerning fashion: MODI’S in Kampen. Not just another run-of-the-mill retail store, but a curated space with character, heritage and products with soul.

Since meeting in 2022, Sylt native Moritz Berlin and entrepreneur Dirk Thomas have shared a common vision: to create a place that is more than just a fashion shop – but a space for style, quality and stories.

With their concept store MODI’S, they have turned this idea into reality. Since opening in May, the store has been enriching the lives of Kampen residents and visitors alike.

What makes MODI’S so special? Rather than offering complete collections, the focus here is on carefully selected products – the range includes international brands such as Red Wing, Manifattura Ceccarelli and marc booten, as well as hand-picked local products. The range is complemented by vintage finds and one-off pieces; many of the furniture and interior items are also part of the concept – and are available to purchase.
