Whilst temperatures in Germany are soaring to 40°C, we’re dreaming of the seaside – more specifically, the Mandarin Oriental Bodrum. That’s where such temperatures are a delight to endure, thanks in part to the Jacquemus label, which is bringing a touch of French flair to the Turkish Riviera with its summer boutique.

The founder of the fashion label, Simon Porte Jacquemus, says of himself: “I love the colours blue and white, stripes, the sun, fruit, life, poetry, Marseille and the 1980s.” One could hardly describe the newly opened boutique at the Mandarin Oriental luxury hotel in Bodrum any more aptly.

In the 98-square-metre store, guests will find the new Jacquemus Resort 2026 Plage Collection as well as a selection of accessories. The French fashion house is also taking over the resort’s Blue Beach – including curated beach experiences such as paddleboarding and buggy rides.

And the beach collection? As you might have guessed, it’s all very much in true Jacquemus style, featuring stripes.
