Lightweight, athletic: the 911 ST Chronograph

F.A. Porsche drew the 911, founded Porsche Design - and loved watches. In 1972, when he designed the Chronograph 1, he followed one premise: "My aim was to create a watch to match the car." Goal achieved. Time and again with the CHRONOGRAPH 1 - 911 S/T.

Less is more, especially when it comes to the weight of sports cars. At Porsche in Zuffenhausen and Weissach, of course, you've known that for a long time. More precisely: for 75 years. And for 60 years they have been putting it into practice in the 911, as in the recently introduced special model, which goes by the name 911 S/T. To match the lightest 911 of the 992 model generation, selected customers are also offered a particularly purist companion for the wrist: the Porsche Design Chronograph 1 - 911 S/T as a limited edition.

Limited to 1,963 pieces, the timepiece made of titanium is - like the sports car itself - particularly light and sporty. Inside the luxury watch is the proven Porsche Design WERK 01.240 with COSC certification and flyback function. The minute scale has the heritage tachometer look and the number "60" is highlighted in red - to mark the anniversary. Good old days? Yes, that's what we see here. But also: the future. And that is at least as exciting.
