Sam Chermayeff’s Storage Collection: A tribute to Florence Knoll
Florence Knoll reimagined interior spaces: the focus was on architecture, not decoration. Thanks to her, bulky filing cabinets and heavy office furniture became a thing of the past – instead, she opted for Bauhaus-style offices: steel frames, flat sideboards and modular furniture. Now, architect Sam Chermayeff is bringing these classics into the 21st century with his new ‘Knoll Chermayeff Storage’ collection.
