Are you still surfing, or have you moved on to gliding? Two Swedish brands have the perfect answer: LIND and Cesar Equipment are launching the Electric Flat-Water Board, which doesn’t need any waves at all.

Sweden has a long coastline along the Baltic Sea, as well as around 100,000 lakes and countless rivers. It’s a paradise for anyone who enjoys being in and on the water. So it’s no wonder that two Swedish brands are now unveiling a limited-edition surfboard that is electrically powered – completely independent of waves.

Behind the design and technology of the model are the e-surfboard specialist LIND and the lifestyle label Cesar Equipment. Weighing just seven kilograms, the board is propelled by a 27 PS electric jet drive. It reaches speeds of up to 56 km/h and is specifically designed for flat-water riding. This means you don’t even need to go looking for the perfect swell in the first place. Lakes, rivers and sheltered stretches of coastline are thus transformed into ideal surf spots.
