The Hotel Auerhahn rests on three pillars: Design, cuisine and holistic relaxation. The concept can be traced back to hotel manager Marius Tröndle. The fact that the trained chef and experienced hotelier runs the hotel today is due to his family's long history with the hotel, which began in the 18th century. In the interim, from 1900 to 1984, the Auerhahn was owned by others, then Tröndle's grandfather bought the building back. After the restoration, the house was leased for 30 years and Marius Tröndle took over the management in 2021. Since then, he has been continuing his family's history at Haus Auerhahn.
