That’s what summer smells like

“I can buy myself flowers,” sings Miley Cyrus in her hit song. A classic bouquet of flowers is, of course, the obvious choice. Unfortunately, however, due to biological factors, it has only a short lifespan. Gucci is now presenting a long-lasting alternative in the form of two new fragrances: Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Eau de Parfum Intense and Flora Gorgeous Orchid Eau de Parfum Intense. Who’s starring in the campaign? Miley Cyrus herself, of course.

With the two most intense fragrances in the Flora collection to date, Gucci is opening a new chapter. Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Eau de Parfum Intense centres on gardenia, combining floral freshness with warm depth. Italian mandarin lends a touch of lightness, whilst woody notes ensure a long-lasting finish; meanwhile, the newly launched Flora Gorgeous Orchid Eau de Parfum Intense is scented with vanilla and orchid. Subtle sweetness blends with salty oceanic elements, complemented by dark cocoa notes.

It is only fitting that Miley Cyrus is the face of the campaign. Hardly anyone today embodies the freedom to constantly reinvent oneself more credibly, without losing the joy of following one’s own path. When she once sang that she could buy herself flowers, you believed her straight away. So why not in liquid form too?
