Sustainability at 2,235 metres: At the AlpiNN by Norbert Niederkofler restaurant, ethical mountain cuisine, art and now also sustainable fashion merge to create a holistic experience. This is made possible by ECOALF, the Spanish fashion label that now dresses the kitchen team.

In 2018, Michelin-starred chef Norbert Niederkofler opened the AlpiNN restaurant on the summit of Kronplatz in the heart of the Dolomites with a completely new cultural concept in mind. Famous neighbour in the same building: the Lumen - the worthwhile museum for mountain photography.</p

The AlpiNN is much more than just a classic restaurant: it is a meeting place where shared experiences at the table take centre stage. Norbert Niederkofler's "Cook the Mountain" philosophy unfolds in a deliberately minimalist yet high-quality atmosphere. Regionality, seasonal ingredients, established traditions and a consistently sustainable approach form the basis of his cuisine - and define a contemporary form of luxury that arises from attitude and quality.

This vision of sustainability and innovation goes far beyond food anyway: the collaboration with ECOALF, the sustainable pioneer brand from Spain, was the next natural step for both protagonists. And from now on, the entire AlpiNN team will be wearing clothing from the label, which is made entirely from recycled products.
