Next week the 91st Mondial de l'Auto kicks off in Paris. For those who want to combine a visit to the Paris Motor Show with a trip to the seaside: the shortest route takes you westwards to the Normandy coast, or more precisely: to the fashionable seaside resort of Deauville. Even in autumn, the beaches there are absolutely brilliant. For ramp #70 , we’ve already retraced the route in spirit. Our car tip back then: a Renault 18 Deauville, naturally. For those who’d prefer to explore the spirit of French motoring in a modern car rather than a classic: with the R 4 E-Tech, Renault has a model in its range whose nominal range in Comfort mode – 409 kilometres – should be just enough for a return journey.

ramp #70 Fair Enough
