A Squadra Corse season comes to an end - and the future of Lamborghini celebrates its beginning: at the traditional Lamborghini World Finals, the super sports car manufacturer presented the design concept of the Temerario Super Trofeo.

We took a look at what the sixth Super Trofeo model can do.

Since 2009, the Super Trofeo has been a cornerstone of Lamborghini's racing activities. Over the years, the Lamborghini Super Trofeo has welcomed 1,383 drivers to the championships in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East and organised 563 races. The - very successful - Huracán Super Trofeo is currently in its third generation in the Lamborghini Championships. In 2027, the recently presented Lamborghini Temerario Super Trofeo will take over the races in Asia, Europe and North America - thus continuing the commitment of Lamborghini Squadra Corse in customer racing.

The Temerario Super Trofeo is a rear-wheel drive racing car with a 650 hp V8 biturbo that operates without hybrid support. Just like the Temerario GT3, the Temerario Super Trofeo is also equipped with a sequential six-speed gearbox from HÖR.

An ALU/CFK hybrid chassis with a fully integrated FIA roll cage and twelve-way adjustable traction control make the car championship-ready. The Lamborghini Temerario Super Trofeo also features a material innovation: the dashboards of the vehicle will be equipped with Dinamica Infinity, the world's first 100 per cent polyester monocomponent nonwoven in the automotive sector.
