The interior is characterised by a high level of interior comfort and the new Panoramic iDrive, which, together with the Heart of Joy high-performance computer, is intended to offer a new dimension in digital driver orientation and software architecture. BMW CEO Oliver Zipse presented the vehicle as "the ultimate driving machine". And in addition to the technological openness in terms of drive, he also announced the Touring as an upcoming body variant.
