Live longer, age healthily, become more efficient: The Mount Med Resort, nestled in the Tyrolean mountains of the Wildschönau, is committed to the longevity approach - as a hideaway for medical wellness, it combines diagnostics, personalised medicine and regenerative treatments.

The latest coup: weekend intensive programmes with and by performance coach Damián Viera and Executive Chef Phillip Schnabel. Together, the experts combine regeneration protocols and fine cuisine.

The Hollywood method: Viera impresses with 30 years of experience in the film industry, including making Jason Momoa fit for his role in "Aquaman" and contributing his expertise to productions such as "Dune" and "Chief of War".

What makes Viera's approach special is that he combines strength training and movement practice in the form of kettlebell protocols, athletic power yoga and parasympathetic activation. This is not relaxation. This is reconstruction.

Damián Viera
Top chef Schnabel, on the other hand, understands that food is medicine. He develops menus that support regeneration and performance - rich in protein, recovery-orientated and as an integral part of the programme.

Viera's and Schnabel's unique programmes specifically combine strength, flexibility, outdoor activities, regeneration and nutrition - individually tailored to the interests and health level of the guests. At the end of the programme, participants receive a 30-day follow-up plan to take home.

3 days. 15 participants. With a price starting at 1,169 euros, accommodation, all training sessions, two spa treatments, all meals prepared by Chef Schnabel and the 30-day follow-up programme are included - the resort's in-house programmes such as Detox & Weight Management, Prevention & Vitality, Ortho Mobility & Motion, Aesthetics & Age Reverse and Quick Preventive Health can also be booked.

The 850-year-old converted farmhouse includes 46 rooms and suites, 14 chalets, an indoor and outdoor pool, several saunas, a fully equipped fitness centre and an on-site medical team.

As part of the holistic health concept, guests are also looked after by an on-site medical team covering the fields of aesthetic medicine, orthopaedics, sports and preventive medicine. The core treatment: the Mylife Changer® method - which primarily aims to optimise cell metabolism and is considered the key to longevity.
