HEY/PIONEER Award: Good ideas for a good cause

Innovations that make mobility even better - that is, of course, exactly our topic. That's why we were happy to join the HEY/HAMBURG festival in honouring the most exciting start-ups with the HEY/PIONEER award. Read all about the winners here.

The future of mobility needs one thing above all: good ideas. The HEY/HAMBURG initiative therefore brings together visionaries, companies, start-ups, politics and science to discuss trends and ideas - and to award prizes for innovations that will have a lasting impact on mobility.

ramp was part of the jury that selected the most convincing innovations from nine participants in the HEY/PIONEER start-up competition. First place went to NÜWIEL, developer of the eTrailer. The world's first electric wheeled trailer with patent-pending sensor technology makes fully synchronous, automatic movement possible - almost as if it wasn't even there. Natalia Tomiyama, co-founder and managing director of NÜWIEL, accepted the HEY/PIONEER Award worth 10,000 euros and coaching with Agile Change Coach Dr Friederike Heuck at the award ceremony in Hamburg.

Also in the final and awarded coaching from Heuck: Luchs Security and Breeze Technologies. The Israeli-German experts from Luchs Security offer a new approach to cyber security in the automotive industry: they integrate their automated security test platform into the existing development cycle of control units in the vehicle.

Breeze Technologies provides air quality and climate data, which the start-up collects with its own sensors and evaluates with artificial intelligence for analyses and recommendations for action for better air in cities, for example. Clean business.
